Kokum is a beautiful red fruit grown in the Coastal Maharashtrian / Konkan and Goan regions of Indian. One of the most commonly used souring agents in Savoury dishes. We have taken this and created a beautiful dessert which will not only evoke memories of Marathi(s), but also create new ones for anyone giving it a try for the first time.
