Mishti Doi is the heart and soul of every Bengali. It is a commonly consumed sweet treat / dessert made with Yogurt. We took that as an inspiration to create this cake. It is paired with another classic bengali ingredient – Poppy, which is predominantly used in savoury cooking, nut pairs surprisingly well in this dessert.
