About the Class
This class is Part 1 of my Health Series – Diabetic Friendly baking.
It will include Sugar-Free, Low Carb, High Fibre, Low Fat/ Healthy Fats, Egg Free and Gluten Free recipes.
You will also be given Nutritional Information on all the recipes and portion size to be consumed by a diabetic.
All of these details are worked out in collaboration with a Certified Nutritionist.
