NIMBU MIRCHI ICE CREAM
When you take a spoon of this, you will first get a refreshing cold tangy feeling from the lemon which ends up with a gentle heat from the chillis right at the end. If you’re a lemon and chilli fan, you will not be able to stop at one scoop. Guaranteed!
The story behind this –
This flavour was created about 2 years ago during my tour to Mumbai. I saw a lot of vada pav on the streets. The vendors were serving chilis with it and had lemons cut up on their stands. And then it clicked me!
Also, this is my homage to the people of Mumbai. For me, Mumbaikars are sweet and refreshing with a slight spice in the end!
