BANANA BLONDIES

Freshly baked out of the oven!
Soooooo delish!

INGREDIENTS
1. All Purpose Flour – 240g
2. Baking Soda – 1 tsp
3. Baking Powder – 1 tsp
4. Powdered / Caster Sugar – 200g
5. Ripe bananas – 5 (medium sized)
6. Oil – 125ml
7. Cinnamon powder – 1/2 tsp
8. Clove powder – 1/4 tsp
9. Eggs – 2
10. Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
11. Milk – 60 ml

PROCEDURE
1) Sift together APF, BP, BS, Spices in a bowl. Keep aside.
2) Mix oil, sugar, vanilla and whisk well.
3) Add eggs and whisk well
4) Mash bananas and put it into the egg mixture. Add milk and mix well.
5) Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients and pour onto a lined baking tray.
6) Top with pieces of couverture Chocolate and bake at 180°C for 30-35 mins or until a skwer inserted comes out clean.
Serve warm.

Substitute 2 eggs for 1 cup of thick yogurt.
